You will encounter a wide range of species during your day of Shenandoah River fishing. Known as one of the top smallmouth bass destinations in the eastern United States, this fish will be in plentiful supply. Sunfish are another popular species in the area, thriving in areas with a slow or reduced current. The Muskellunge can be discovered, like many of these species, in the Main Stem of the Shenandoah River.
