Events in the Shenandoah Valley You Won’t Want to Miss

Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival

Celebrate the start of spring by attending the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival! For more than 100 years, this festival has welcomed the warm weather to the area, making it one of the best events in the Shenandoah Valley. Enjoy 10 days of apple blossom-themed fun with events like parades, carnival, parties, and more!

Of Ale and History Beer Festival

Do you like beer? Then you will love the Of Ale and History Beer Festival! Every year, Belle Grove Plantation hosts more than 60 beer and cider vendors for guests to try. Some are local while others are imported, so you’ll get the perfect taste of everything! 8 drink tickets are included in the admission price, so all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself.

St. Paddy’s Celtic Fest

The Shenandoah Valley loves celebrating their heritage. In the town of Winchester, St. Patrick’s Day is a huge event! Every year, the town puts on the St. Paddy’s Celtic Fest for locals and visitors to enjoy. Performers are stationed along the streets and in local businesses; there is no admission charge to watch any of them! Plus, a portion of the food and beverage goes to the cause the event sponsors: Habitat for Humanity.

Wine and Craft Festival

There are many events in the Shenandoah Valley we look forward to each year. One of our favorites is the Wine and Craft Festival! During this incredible event, you’ll get the chance to indulge in more than 7 blocks of Virginia wine tasting, vendors, and more. What could be better than shopping and wine?

Route 11 Crawl

Are you an antique lover and thrifter extraordinaire? You won’t want to miss the annual Route 11 Crawl! Every year, yard sales, sidewalk sales, and vendor booths full of trinkets and one-of-a-kind items pop up along Route 11, also known as Old Valley Pike. Take in the gorgeous views the Shenandoah Valley has to offer as you travel from town to town during this event!
