Rates:  Rates are quoted double occupancy, per night. A gourmet three-course breakfast is included.  All rooms have central air and heat, private baths and fireplaces (seasonal).

Guaranteeing a reservation: Reservations must be guaranteed by an advance deposit at the time of booking, either by  MasterCard, or Visa.  The deposit is equal to one night’s stay or half the total stay; whichever is greater.

Cancellations: Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable unless the room is re-booked. Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested 7 days in advance of your stay. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Group reservations will have a custom cancellation policy.

Remaining balance payments: The remaining balance for the stay will be charged to the card on file at check-in.  Please let us know at check-in if you would like to change the method of payment or use a different credit card.  If you end your stay early, no refunds will be given.  Any additional charges accrued during the stay will be charged either at time of service or at check-out.

Minimum Reservations:  Two-night minimum stay is required for the Millhouse Studio and the Gallery.  All other units require a two-night stay only on weekends. There may be exceptions for non-holiday weekends December through March.  Feel free to call to check availability for a single night weekend stay.

Breakfasts: A wonderful 3 course breakfast is included each morning of your stay and served in the Manor House dining rooms between 8:30am and 9:30am. Fresh coffee and tea are available in the Manor House by 7:45am. We will do our best to accommodate any food restrictions or allergies you may have. We do ask that you please let us know at time of booking or at least 3 days in advance so that we can be sure to meet your needs and satisfy your taste buds. Menus are carefully planned out in advance and choices are not offered at the table.

Visitors, Room Damage & General Behavior:  In order to preserve the tranquil nature of our Inn and to respect the privacy and experience of all guests, only registered overnight guests are allowed on the grounds. We may make exceptions, however this would need to be cleared in advance with the owners/establishment.  We strive to provide a peaceful environment and a restful night sleep, so we greatly appreciate observance of quiet hours after 10:00pm.  All deliberate or reckless acts that result in any damage to our property and any costs associated will be charged to the registered guest.

Smoking:  The Inn is a NON-SMOKING inn.

Children:  Children 12 and older are welcome.

Pets:  As much as we personally adore them, we do not allow pets in any of our units or on the Inn grounds.

Check-in/out:  Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.  If you will arrive after 5:00pm, please let us know your anticipated arrival time, so that we may make arrangements for you to get easily and safely to your room.  Check-ins are not allowed after 10pm as to not disturb other neighboring guests. We may be able to do later direct check-ins to the private cottages, call to inquire. Check out is by 11:00 a.m. We appreciate your compliance with the 11:00am check-out, as it allows us the needed time to maintain our standards of excellence for our next guest.

Use of This Site:  As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that:

  • You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation

  • You will only use this Website to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act
